Refund Policy

We aim for transparent, fair refunds. This policy applies to service fees paid to Gateway Tours.

1. Before document submission

If you cancel before we submit your application to the consulate, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee, less a 5% processing charge.

2. After document submission

Once documents are lodged, the service fee is non-refundable because the work has been performed. Embassy / consular fees are non-refundable in all cases (set by the foreign authority).

3. Refusal

If your visa is refused, we offer a free re-application service within 60 days of the refusal letter. We do not offer a cash refund for refusals.

4. Service failure

If we materially fail to deliver our service (e.g. miss a documented deadline) we issue a full refund within 7 business days.

5. How to claim

Email refunds@gatewaytours.example with your application reference. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
